FAQ How We Edit

1. Will you edit it in my style?

Yes. Before proceeding, we always ask to provide some information about what you do and share some samples of your videos. If we need anything else, be sure we will discuss it. You know what your just married desire - we do our best to meet your needs and their wishes.

2. How long does it take to edit?

An average of 7-10 days for a wedding package.
2 days on teaser.
3-5 days per highlight.
5-7 days for a full film.

3. Can your video editing time be delayed?

Yes, but very rare. Because we try to find our approach and try to follow your style, so we sometimes need a little more time in order you look at ourwork and say “Wow”.

4. Do you have a brief?

Yes. We’ll ask you to fill in some details of your project. Questions areabout: Videos needed and lengths, Soundtrack Music, Editing Style, SpecialRequests, etc.

5. Do I have to make directions?

Video editing is a creative process and our vision of a perfect wedding film can vary from yours. We want to please you and decrease the quantity ofchanges, so we ask you to answer a few questions before we proceed.

6. How can I send source files to you?

You can upload your materials to our Dropbox (contact us to get a link to upload) or share with us files from your cloud storage.

7. What editing software do you use?

We work in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition.

8. What video formats do you accept?

We work with all common video formats.

9. Do you work with cell phone videos too?

Yes. We’ll do our best in order a spectator not notice the difference betweencamera and cellphone footage.

10. Can you edit 4K video?

We can do 4k videos for you.

11. How long are the videos?

We edit all videos with length from 1 minute Instagram sneak peak to extra-long documentary films.

12. Can you sync audio if it's recorded separately?

Yes, of course.

13. Can you add the music I want?

No problems! If you or just married want particular music in this video -simply upload it together with other files and explain where you would liketo listen to it.

14. Can you buy the tracks?

Yes. We can do it. Choose them and tell us what you want.

15. Can you add the sound I want?

We can. We ask you about it in a brief.

16. Can you make titles?

Yes. Just inform us what do you need. You name it - we do it.

17. Can you use the fonts I would like for the titles?

We can. Communicate what fonts you would like to see in titles. We can take it from Google Fonts if it’s available there or please, be so kind to upload it together with other files.

18. Do you make colour grade?

Yes, we do everything to match your style.

19. Do you use special filters or plug-ins?

We work in Twixtor for slow-mo and Magic Bullet Looks for. Please inform us if you prefer other plug-ins.

20. What final export settings do you use?

Default settings are VBR, 1 pass, Target 20,00 Mbps, Max 20,00 MbpsAAC, 320 kbps, 48 KHz, Stereo.
We can adjust them to your needs.

21. How can I get my edited videos from you?

We will provide you with a link to Dropbox.

22. Can you provide the project file?

Yes, you will get .prproj file as well as rendered videos.

23. What if I want to make changes after the project is completed?

We will gladly review them and will try to execute as accurately as possible. After completion of the project, we can make edits for you within 2 months.

24. If there are any assets you create, such as titles, will you provide the files?

Yes, and Synс и DriftCorrected files too.

25. Do you send all the assigned files together with the project?

Yes, all the materials we use in the projects will be attached to the project.

26. How many rounds of corrections edits can I ask you to do?

Usually, after 2 or 3 rounds of edits, the bride and the groom confirm that everything is perfect.
